    RETURNS

    The Jewelili.com return policy remains active for 30 days. If after 30 days of a purchase a customer requests a return we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges.

    To be eligible for a return, any item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that the buyer had received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please save your order receipt with order number after purchase.

     

    REFUNDS

    Once a return is received and inspected we will send an email to notify the customer that we have received the returned item. We will also notify the customer of the approval or rejection of any refund.

    If a refund is approved, the next step will be to process that refund and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer’s original method of payment. The amount of time associated with refunds varies by payment processor and some payment processor companies have different policies and procedures for returning funds.

    We recommend checking with the payment processor to determine how long it may take for the payment processor to return funds once we have completed the refund process on our end.

     

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, credit card account, PayPal account or the account associated with whatever payment method you used for your purchase. Then contact the company, it may take a few business days before your refund is officially posted depending on the policies of your payment method.

    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@jewelili.com and we will assist you the best way we can. We cannot force your payment method provider to send back your payment faster than their policies and processes for returning funds.

    EXCHANGES (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@jewelili.com and send your item to: 3 E, 54th Street New York New York US 10022.

     SHIPPING

    To return your product, you should mail your product to: Jewelili, 3 E, 54th Street New York New York US 10022

    The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning an item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount refunded and the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. Shipping fees accrued during purchases are not included in refunds.

    Depending on your location it may take varying lengths of time for the exchanged item(s) to be delivered.

    If an item’s price is greater than $75, we recommended using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive every returned package as shipping services have been known to lose packages from time to time so we highly recommend getting tracking for any returned item.
