Returns and Refunds

  • What is Jewelili's return policy?

    • We understand that not every piece of jewelry you buy online is going to be exactly what you expected.  Jewelili honors a 30-day satisfaction guarantee with full refund against the cost of the product purchased.

  • If I want to return my jewelry, what should I do?

    • If you decide to return your jewelry, you'll need to return it in the original Jewelili packaging it came in.  It must be unused, and in its original condition.  To complete your return we will need you to provide in your return shipment a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.  

  • Where do I ship my returns and exchanges?

    • Returns and exchanges should be sent to: Jewelili, 3 East 54th Street New York, New York, USA, 10022.  Please email us at info@jewelili.com before shipping your product so that we can expect your delivery.  Make sure to enclose a photocopy of your order, with order number visible on the form.

  • Will I be charged for my return shipment?

    • Customers that choose to return their jewelry are responsible for covering the cost or your return shipment.  Shipping costs are non-refundable and non-reimbursable. 

      In the case of refunds: If a refund is granted the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount refunded and the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. Shipping fees accrued during purchases are not included in refunds.

      Tracking and Insurance on Returns:  If an item’s price is greater than $75, we recommended using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.  Unfortunately, sometimes mail carriers do lose packages. Without the recommended tracking number and insurance against the value of your purchase, if a product is not properly delivered to our offices, we cannot issue a refund on goods not received.

  • What should I do if my product is damaged in delivery?

    • If your product was damaged during delivery, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.  Jewelili.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost by third parties during delivery. Make sure to save and document with photographs all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • How soon will I see my refund on returned shipments?

    • We cannot offer an exact timeframe on refunds, as it greatly varies depending on where in the US and abroad the product is originating from, but we promise we'll process your return and refund as quickly as we can once we receive it.

  • What if my jewelry breaks or arrives defective?

    • If you product was not damaged in shipment, but breaks shortly after you receive it,  or it arrived defective, please email us at info@jewelili.com, and include in your email photographs of your damaged product, along with your order number.  We will work with you to resolve this issue.

  • What is Jewelili's exchange policy?

    • We will happily replace defective or damaged jewelry.  Unfortunately, many of our designs sell out quickly, so we cannot help you replace items through the exchange process for other reasons, such as wanting an alternative color or size.  If you see what you want available on the jewelili.com website, we recommend that you purchase the item immediately, through the normal sales processes, to ensure it does not sell out before your returned items arrive back in our offices.  

  • What happens if I want to cancel my order while its in shipment?

    • If you need to cancel your order after its been shipped, please email us at info@jewelili.com.  You will need to refuse the shipment at time of delivery and pay for the shipment to be returned.  We will happily refund you the remaining balance according to the original method of payment.
