    Thank you for ordering from Jewelili!  We're excited to send you your new jewelry. Here are some details on shipping and tracking.

    When will I receive my product?

    All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.  Delivery time will vary based on where you live in the U.S.  Please allow 5-8 business days to receive your shipment.  If we anticipate there to be a significant delay in your delivery, we will contact you ahead of time by email or telephone.  Jewelili does not place shipments nor schedule deliveries on either weekends or holidays.

    Where is my tracking number?

    Tracking numbers are issued the evening your product is shipped.  You will receive a confirmation of your shipment and a subsequent copy of your tracking number by email within 24 hours.  All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service, and can be tracked at USPS.com.  

     

    Does Jewelili ship to a to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO address? Is a signature required?

    Jewelili.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.  A signature is not required.

     

    How much does shipping cost?

    Jewelili provides complimentary free shipping on orders over $35.  Otherwise, your shipping costs will vary based according to USPS Standard Shipping Rates, depending on the total cost of your order.  See your calculated shipping total before completing your order at Checkout. 

     

    Customs, Duties and Taxes

     Jewelili.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

    We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
