We understand that not every piece of jewelry you buy online is going to be exactly what you expected. We kindly remind you that if for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased on our website, you may request a free return within 30 days from delivery of the items. After 30 days, all sales are final.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For returns and exchanges please email us your order number and reason for return, at customerservice info@jewelili.com or call us at (585) 632-5544, and you will be provided with the mailing address. Make sure to enclose a photocopy of your order, with order number visible on the form. To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or purchase order number.
We will happily replace defective or damaged jewelry. Unfortunately, many of our designs sell out quickly, so we cannot help you replace items through the exchange process for other reasons, such as wanting an alternative color or size. If you see what you want available on the jewelili.com website, we recommend that you purchase the item immediately, through the normal sales processes, to ensure it does not sell out before your returned items arrive back in our offices.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive it as mail carrier services have lost packages before so therefore we recommend getting tracking for your returned item as well as insurance.
We cannot offer an exact timeframe on refunds, as it greatly varies depending on where in the US and abroad the product is originating from, but we promise we'll process your return and refund as quickly as we can once we receive it.
* If all items are returned, a refund will be offered for the amount paid for products.
* If partial return results in the order not meeting the BUY 2 GET 1 FREE Offer requirements, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
For eg, 1. if you purchase 3 items of $50, $60, and $80. Order total is $140 plus tax after the offer is applied. If the customer wishes to return only 1 item worth $50. Then the refund amount will be $140 minus the retail cost of 2 items - $80+$60 which is $0.
2. if you purchase 3 items of $50, $60, and $80. Order total is $140 after the offer is applied. If the customer wishes to return only 2 items worth $50 & $60. Then the refund amount will be $140 minus the retail cost of 1 item - $80 which is $60.
