Shipping Policy

It generally takes no more than 24-48 hours for your item(s) to ship. Once your order had been fulfilled you will receive an email letting you know that your order has shipped and you will also receive a tracking number to track your items arrival.

If you need to cancel your order after its been shipped, please email us at customerservice info@jewelili.com or call us at (585) 632-5544. You will need to refuse the shipment at time of delivery and pay for the shipment to be returned. We will happily refund you the remaining balance according to the original method of payment.
